- On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, traditional festivals given prices are not applicable. Please check in our website for special prices, we give discounts on products on those days.

Delivery-
- Here you will get detail analysis of our delivery system.
- Once you buy a product we will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via email address you provide.
- deliveries via courier services cannot be delivered at specific time and date. Delivered your product in working day between 9am to 7am
- In case of delivery not possible on lockdown, public holidays, and local restriction order will be delivered on the next working day.
- To avoid problems in delivery and delays please write your accurate postcode , telephone number, email and address then we can deliver your product without any problem and delay.
- You can cancel your product only if you have found the product to be damaged or found the product to be mismatched. customer need to send a video while opening the courier as proof it’s mandatory .

- After taking the product by you your refund amount will be credited in the same account within 2-3 working days.

- We deliver your product with some courier service and in some places our team will deliver it.
- If the recipient is not found at home / office, your product will be delivered to the neighbour or security. At reception (in case of office), your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items. If recipient’s number is incorrect, not responding, or is unavailable, the delivery may not be possible and as such the recipient must collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs. from scheduled delivery time.
- If, for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We, however, will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting the delivery.
- All items odered under Gifts category are shipped using professional courier , FedEx or equivalent courier. We cannot specify any delivery timings, all orders delivered between 9am to 7pm.
