Product-

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will mark it as ‘Out of Stock.’ We ensure that all products in our stock are in good condition. If any item is damaged, we do not sell it, as we value our customers’ happiness and satisfaction with our service.
  • We capture high-quality photos and videos of our products to provide detailed information on our website, ensuring customers can view every aspect of the item. Each product is thoroughly explained in writing to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Please note, on special occasions like Valentine’s Day or traditional festivals, regular prices may not apply. Be sure to check our website for special prices and discounts offered during these occasions.

Delivery-

Delivery Time:

  • The delivery time depends on your location, but typically, we deliver your products within 4 to 12 days.
  • Delivery hours are between 9 am to 8 pm.

Order Confirmation:

  • Once you place an order, we will send an email confirmation with your order details to the email address you provided. This confirmation ensures that we are processing your order.

Public Holidays & Delays:

  • If delivery is not possible due to lockdowns, public holidays, or local restrictions, your order will be delivered on the next working day.
  • In case of any delay, you can call us for updates.

Damaged Products:

  • If your product is damaged during delivery, make sure to take videos and photos and send them to us via WhatsApp.
  • Upon confirmation of damage, we will offer either a refund or a replacement.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us at +91 7259968600 or emailing us at anandgifts81282@gmail.com.
  • However, if editing work has already been done, you will be required to pay an editing charge, which varies depending on the complexity of the editing.

Delivery Method:

  • We deliver your products using courier services, and in some locations, our team will personally handle the delivery.
  • If the recipient is not available at the delivery location, our delivery person will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Payment:

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) because our products are customized and personalized for one-time use. Only online payment is accepted.

Service Area:

  • Our website is only available for customers within India. We do not offer international shipping.
